Terms and Conditions

Quraniya provides software, marketplace, live-learning, Quran progress, and commerce tools for teacher-led Quran education. Quraniya is not a mosque, madrasa, fatwa body, certification authority, payment bank, or emergency service.

Teachers and organizations remain responsible for their own lessons, credentials, teaching materials, safeguarding practices, promises, and compliance obligations.

By creating an account, signing in, completing onboarding, publishing a profile, browsing or enrolling in a class, joining a lesson, submitting content, connecting an external account, or otherwise using Quraniya, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Quraniya for a learner, class, family, madrasa, school, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to provide any required consent.

The current self-service student account path requires the account creator to be at least 18 years old. Child, family, parent, and madrasa workflows may be available only when Quraniya intentionally enables them and when the responsible parent, guardian, school, madrasa, or organization has the authority to manage the learner's use of Quraniya.

Supervising adults and organizations are responsible for deciding whether a teacher, class, schedule, price, lesson format, and learning approach is appropriate for the learner.

Quraniya supports roles such as student, teacher, parent, madrasa administrator, and platform administrator. Your features and data access depend on your role, onboarding state, verification state, organization membership, subscriptions, enrollments, class relationships, and account status.

Native app access is student-first unless Quraniya intentionally releases other persona flows. Non-student personas may be blocked or redirected from native student-only flows.

Students use Quraniya to complete onboarding, discover teachers or classes, enroll in classes, join live lessons, read from a synced Mushaf, receive teacher feedback, and review Quran progress.

Quraniya tools support learning workflows but do not guarantee memorization, tajweed improvement, ijazah, certification, completion, admission, employment, religious ruling, or any particular educational or spiritual outcome.

Teachers must provide accurate identity, qualification, teaching, availability, pricing, tax, payout, and profile information. Quraniya may review teacher profiles, documents, qualifications, and account activity to support platform trust and safety.

Approval, verification, publication, or payment enablement on Quraniya does not make a teacher an employee, agent, scholar of record, or representative of Quraniya. Teachers are responsible for punctuality, lesson quality, professional conduct, safeguarding, appropriate student communication, and compliance with applicable law.

Madrasa, parent, and organization features may support invitations, memberships, learner relationships, class administration, progress visibility, and future managed-learning workflows. Administrators are responsible for inviting the correct people, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring they have authority to manage the relevant teachers, students, families, and data.

Quraniya may support paid or free classes, one-to-one lessons, subscriptions, platform fees, teacher payouts, refunds, disputes, and related commerce features. Prices, seats, schedules, cancellation rules, refund windows, payout eligibility, taxes, and payment timing may vary by product flow and will be shown in the relevant checkout, class, account, dashboard, or policy surface where practical.

Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment methods available in a web app or native app may differ by platform, store policy, region, provider support, and release scope. Teachers are responsible for accurate payout and tax details.

Quraniya may delay, withhold, reverse, refund, or refuse payments when needed for fraud prevention, disputes, oversold seats, class cancellation, no-show handling, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, or platform policy enforcement.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Quraniya, such as notes, reflections, teacher biographies, class descriptions, uploaded documents, profile images, qualifications, feedback, messages, and learning materials.

You grant Quraniya a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, transmit, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and promote the relevant Quraniya service or profile surface.

Quraniya may integrate with third-party services for payments, authentication, email, analytics, live lessons, Quran content, storage, support, AI, transcription, workflows, notifications, and infrastructure. Their own terms and policies may apply to their services.

Quran Foundation or other connected-account features are optional unless a specific feature says they are required. Connecting an external account does not transfer ownership of that external account or its data to Quraniya.

• Do not misuse Quraniya, interfere with lessons, or bypass access controls.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent credentials, or submit misleading profile, payment, or verification information.
• Do not harass, exploit, threaten, or abuse students, teachers, staff, or other users.
• Do not submit harmful code, scrape data at scale, abuse payment flows, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit content you do not have permission to use or content that creates safety, privacy, intellectual property, or legal risk.

Quraniya owns or licenses the platform, software, product workflows, service architecture, designs, source code, brand, documentation, databases, and business systems. These Terms do not transfer Quraniya intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, clone, or create competing services from Quraniya except where applicable law expressly permits.

Quraniya may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or features where needed for security, reliability, legal, operational, payment, safeguarding, or trust-and-safety reasons.

You may request account deletion through the native app account settings or our public account deletion page. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required for payment, enrollment, lesson, dispute, tax, accounting, security, or compliance purposes.

Quraniya may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal, product, operational, or trust-and-safety reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, teacher availability, live-session availability, payment-provider uptime, external integration uptime, or support for every device, browser, country, persona, or payment method.

Quraniya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee error-free software, uninterrupted live lessons, uninterrupted payment processing, compatibility with every Quran asset or device, or any specific educational, religious, certification, commercial, or financial result.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, Quraniya's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as Quraniya changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, email, or another appropriate channel where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
