Account Deletion

Send a deletion request to [email protected]. Include the email address on your Quraniya account and write "Delete my Quraniya account" in the message.

If you are signed in to the native student app, open account settings and use Request account deletion. That in-app path records the request and signs you out.

• We may verify that the request is from the account holder or an authorized guardian, school, madrasa, or organization contact.
• We will close or disable the account and delete associated personal data where deletion is required and technically available.
• We may retain records that are required for security, payment, enrollment, lesson history, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
• We will use your request email only to handle the deletion request and related account support.
